we talked about gratitude in Sunday School and how president Monson talked about gratitude and counseled us to be grateful.   Sin stems from selfishness.   Humility stems from gratitude.  So, if you want to be as far away from the quadrant of sin and be in the quadrant of humility, gratitude will help you stay in the humility quadrant.
